The Noon News
Today Nicholas had news of an
exotic dessert in Bogotá, a strange 911 call and a hilarious assortment of
church bulletin gaffs. Rain the next couple of days, but sunny on the weekend.

This weekend downtown is the
Festival of Trees and an opportunity to help our new member, Bob Haney at this

Bill Maher: I have a signup sheet for the Christmas party which
will be here at the Eagles on Friday, Dec 18 at 6:00pm.
Nicholas Ferreri: You will be happy to know Clarence Smith and I
visited Mid Michigan Leadership Academy this week for the first Builders Club
meeting of the year and I am happy to report we had a classroom full of
students there ready to go. Hopefully we
will have some good projects going on there in the coming year. I will keep you
posted.
Rod Conrad: If anyone hasn't signed up for Bell Ringing at the
Lansing Mall on Saturday Dec 19 we still have a few spots open.
I have been given the opportunity
to buy oranges and grapefruit by the case or half case. If you are interested see me, I am sending in
the order this afternoon.
Yvonne Groak recognized the November birthdays of Jeff Lorencen,
Robert Haney and Richard Borucki. None
were present but Yvonne entertained us with a couple of her humorous stories.

tomorrow. I hope everybody can make it
there and check out the Festival of Trees as well.

Associates, a statewide Managing Agent
for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and the Blue Care Network. His discussion focused on health care costs.
